Pre-purchase a syringe of Juvederm or Restylane.
Description
Pre-purchase syringes of facial/lip fillers (Juvederm and/or Restylane, you can decide at that the time of appointment), and use when our office re-opens for normal business at a yet-to-be-determined date. Please fill in the ship-to and bill-to information to complete your order. Our staff will receive a notification detailing your order, and it will automatically be entered into your account in our practice management software indicating that you’ve prepaid for the treatment. Please keep a copy of your order confirmation. (If you’ve never visited our office before, no need to worry, we’ll enter you into our system based on the details you filled into the ship-to and bill-to fields and note your pre-purchase accordingly.)
