There are many occasions when we are told by our patients that their buttocks are either too small, too big, are sagging, or have unsightly dimples.

Correction of each one of these problems may be achieved by a variety of procedures. Buttock Enhancement

When the buttocks are too large…

We employ liposuction to both reduce their size and improve the shape. The results are dramatic and permanent, and patient satisfaction is extremely high after undergoing this procedure.

When buttocks are too small…

Patients desire a fuller, firmer and curvier shape. Lack of size may be due to one’s natural anatomy, or a result of weight loss or aging. In this case we utilize one of two procedures:

  • Brazilian butt lift by fat injection (read below)
  • Buttock implants, which are a pair of formed (not liquid) silicone prosthesis.

When the buttocks are sagging…

Sagging, loose skin is also a common complaint. In this case, the buttock lift becomes the procedure of choice. During the buttock lift surgery, the butt is lifted by removing excess skin. This procedure may be combined with the Brazilian butt fat injection or a buttock silicone implant augmentation if an increase in size is also desired.

What is “butt augmentation”?

It is a term that could reference any of a number of buttock beautification methods. Generally refers to surgical procedures that either enlarge or reduce the size of the gluteal region, and may or may not include cellulite dimple treatment. The goal is to enhance definition, shape, volume, and size of the buttocks.

Anyone, male or female, who wants to improve the definition, shape or size of their butt is a candidate.

Augmentation can be done by utilizing the patient’s own fat (Fat Transfer) or through the use of shaped, silicone buttock implants. Buttock reduction or reshaping/definition can be accomplished using liposculpture.

The butt lifts/augmentation/reduction procedures usually take 2 to 3 hours.

This is a single session procedure. Results are permanent.

Patients usually report 1-2 days of downtime after this procedure.

This is a single, safe procedure that either enlarges and lifts the buttocks, or reduces the buttock size by removing unwanted fat plus smoothes skin dimples with Cellulaze LASER. The goal is to enhance definition, shape, volume and size of buttocks
