The Liposuction and Cosmetic Surgery Institute offers cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery, and non-surgical aesthetic procedures. We have four locations, including our Chicago office located in the Gold Coast neighborhood, to serve the needs of our patients throughout the Chicago area.
Dr. Leon Forrester Tcheupdjian, M.D. and our cosmetic and plastic surgeons offer many procedures for the face, including rhinoplasty, face lift, eyelid surgery, fillers, Botox, liquid facelift, and wrinkle removal treatments. We offer surgical and non-surgical aesthetic services to enhance the body, including breast enlargement, breast lift, and reduction, tummy tuck, liposuction, buttocks, arms, cellulite, tattoo removal, treatment for hyperhidrosis, and a broad range of laser treatments.
Leslie Forrester, RN, BSN has advanced training to rejuvenate your skin with laser treatments, chemical peels, and treatment for varicose veins, spider veins, cellulite treatments, and microdermabrasion. In addition, we offer custom weight loss programs, bio-identical hormone therapy, and longevity and anti-aging treatments. We offer procedures for men that include laser tattoo removal, lipo, body sculpting, ulthera, laser hair removal, acne treatments, hair transplant, brain health and neurotransmitter optimization therapy, and bio-identical hormonal optimization therapy.
