Pro-Nox is a medical gas mixture used by medical professionals to eliminate pain and anxiety and ensure a comfortable experience during medical procedures.

What is PRO-NOX™?

Pro-Nox is a breathable combination of medical gases used to calm anxious patients and ease the feeling of pain during medical procedures. It consists of a 50/50 mixture of both oxygen and nitric oxide gases, which together act as a sedative during outpatient, short, medical procedures. From surgical procedures such as liposuction to non-surgical procedures such as Ulthera or radiofrequency microneedling, Pro-Nox can help many procedures be performed in comfort.

How is Pro-Nox administered?

The patient-controls when and how much he or she needs by breathing into the mouthpiece.

How long does the patient wait prior to feeling the effects of Pro-Nox?

The analgesic effect is immediate. The patient feels an immediate reduction of anxiety and relief of pain and discomfort.

Are there side effects associated with Pro-Nox?

To date we have not had our patients complain of any side effects or after effects, nor have we observed any side effects.

How long does the patient have to wait for the Pro-Nox to wear off?

The Pro-Nox wears off almost immediately after stopping inhalation.
