On April 14, 2014 Zeltiq, the company that manufactures and distributes the Cool Sculpting machine, announced the outer and inner thigh joined the already approved treatment areas of the flanks (love handles) and the abdomen as approved treatment areas for cryolipolysis (fat removal by way of fat freezing).
